# Overview
> Learn how to access and navigate the Spacebring admin web portal and mobile app
Welcome to the Spacebring admin portal. Think of it as the digital backend for running your space. Spacebring **admin web portal** is designed for complete desktop management, while **admin mobile app** will help you handle tasks on the go.
Here is a quick overview of how to get in, navigate the platform, and manage your space with confidence.
## Admin web portal
1. Go to [app.spacebring.com](http://app.spacebring.com).
2. Enter the email associated with your admin account and verify it with the confirmation code.
Your main control center is the left-side navigation panel. Here is a quick breakdown of where to find exactly what you need.

| **Locations** | Switch between locations if your network has multiple spaces. |
| **Customers** | Your customer directory. View and manage companies, members, and nonmembers with their info neatly organized by profiles. |
| **Billing** | Your financial hub. Create and manage contracts, subscriptions, invoices, and transactions. Set up your membership plans, packages, and discounts. |
| **Resources** | Your space inventory. Add all rooms, desks, private offices, parking lots, and equipment, and manage their bookings or rentals. |
| **Engagement** | Your community builder. Curate the community feed and events. |
| **Service** | Your extra offerings. Run a shop for additional products and services, maintain a benefits catalog with member perks, and track members' visitors. |
| **Support** | Your help desk. Handle customer feedback and requests, and build out your member guides. |
Instantly jump to any page or trigger actions (like "invite user" or "create company") using the command palette.
* **Windows:** Press Ctrl + K
* **macOS:** Press ⌘ + K
The admin web portal automatically matches your browser's theme, and the admin mobile app matches your device's theme. To switch between light and dark mode, update the **Appearance** setting in your browser preferences, or the theme in your device settings.
## Admin mobile app
1. Download the Spacebring admin mobile app from [Google Play](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.spacebring.app) or [App Store](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/spacebring/id6749810616).
2. Enter the email associated with your admin account and verify it with the confirmation code.
Requires Android 8.0+ or iOS 17.0+.
The Spacebring admin mobile app is designed for fast, on-the-go management. Here is a quick breakdown of what you can do in the admin mobile app.

| **Customers** | Invite users, create companies, and approve or reject requests to join. Keep notes, manage company members, and create one-off payments. |
| **Rooms** | View room calendars, and create, edit, or cancel bookings. |
| **Desks** | Check desk availability, and view, create, edit, or cancel bookings. |
| **Offices** | Check office availability, and view, create, edit, or cancel bookings. |
| **Parking** | Check parking lot availability, and view, create, edit, or cancel bookings. |
| **Equipment** | Check equipment availability, and view, create, edit, or cancel bookings. |
| **Feed** | Create, comment on, and manage posts. |
| **Events** | View events with their hosts and attendees, and check in attendees. |
| **Shop** | View orders, change their status, and cancel or refund them. |
| **Benefits** | View benefit applications. |
| **Support** | Create support tickets, reply with comments and attachments, and change their type, status, or assignee. |
| **Check-ins** | Check people in and out with their code or event ticket, and see who is in your location. |
| **Chats** | Message members one-on-one or in groups, and share photos and files. |
| **Inbox** | Read your admin notifications. |
Everything else, such as invoices, contracts, and location settings, is in the admin web portal. When a notification leads to a page the app doesn't have, tap **Open on the web** to open it in your browser, already signed in.

* **Unable to see admin features?** Double-check that you are signed in to the admin portal and not the member portal.
* **Lost access?** Ask an owner, or an administrator with the **Administrators** permission, to [give you access](/docs/administration/administrators#invite-an-administrator) again.
Both are in the left-side panel of your admin dashboard:
* **Network settings** — at the top of the panel, find your network name, click **(...)** next to it.
* **Location settings** — a bit below, find the **Locations** section, click **(...)** next to the location you need.
To return from **Location settings** or **Network settings** to the main dashboard modules, click **Back to app** top left.
