# Virtual office and mailing

> Set up virtual office memberships and manage customer mail and package deliveries using the support ticketing system

Offering a virtual office membership allows you to provide business addresses and mail handling services to remote members. Learn how to efficiently organize your virtual office memberships through the user-friendly support ticketing system.

## Create a virtual office membership

Automate your virtual office subscriptions and invoicing by creating a dedicated membership:

1. Navigate to **Catalog > Memberships** and click [**Create membership.**](https://www.spacebring.com/docs/catalog/memberships.md)
2. Enter the membership title (e.g., **Virtual Office Gold**), price, and a clear description of included services (e.g., business address, weekly mail scanning, etc.).
3. When creating the membership, toggle [**Sign-up** switch](https://www.spacebring.com/docs/catalog/memberships.md) on and select the desired sign-up type.

As a result, customers will either [sign up for this membership](https://www.spacebring.com/docs/catalog/memberships/immediate-sign-ups.md) by themselves immediately or [apply for it,](https://www.spacebring.com/docs/catalog/memberships/applications.md) and you will receive the applications on the **Support** > **Tickets** page.

## Handle deliveries

Once the Virtual office membership subscriptions are active, you can manage your customer's physical mail using the support ticketing system. This keeps a digital paper trail of every delivery and action taken.

Firstly, ensure that the [Support](https://www.spacebring.com/docs/support/tickets.md) page is enabled.

1. When mail or a package arrives, go to **Support > Tickets**.
2. Click **Create ticket** and select the type **Mail and packages**.
3. Choose your virtual mail member in the **Users** section and type a message.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Only the selected user and administrators will see the ticket and its activity. Learn more about our security practices on [our website](https://www.spacebring.com/security).

4. Use the **Attachment** icon (or paste an image) to upload a photo of the envelope or package label. This informs the member exactly what has arrived.

5. By default, members receive push and email notifications for all new tickets and comments. They can provide delivery instructions at any time by replying in the comments.
6. Once you have processed the request, change the ticket status to **Solved**.
