# Company members and managers

> Understand company manager and member roles and their permissions

Your users can be grouped into companies. A company can have an unlimited number of company members and company managers.

This article will help you understand the difference between these two groups of users and provide insight into what they can do.

## Who is a company member

A company member is a user who belongs to a specific company, can interact with all the resources assigned to their company, and share company subscription benefits, but cannot access or manage company billing.

Here is the example of company members in the company:

## Who is a company manager

A company manager is a company user who is responsible for the company's billing, receives and pays company invoices, and can manage payment methods and other company settings.
