It provides a single source of truth for your customer relationships. * A full timeline of a customer's journey, from their initial sign-up to changes in their membership role. * Billing settings changes that directly affect the customer's charges. * Accountability and the possibility to check which administrator performed a specific action, such as creating or canceling a customer's subscription, in case of mistakes. ## Access customer account history 1. Go to the **Customers** page > "Members" or "Nonmember" tab. 2. Open the profile of the necessary user or company. 3. Check the customer's account history under the "Internal notes" field. 4. To see the exact date and time for a certain event, hover over the timestamp next to it. The comprehensive account history is displayed starting from September 17, 2025, when this feature was released. Account events that happened before this date aren't shown. ## Common events and their meanings ### Customer role | Event | Meaning | | | | **Customer was created as a nonmember.** | Administrator [added a nonmember.](/customer-management/nonmembers#add-a-nonmember-from-the-customers-page) | | **Customer was created as a member.** | Administrator [invited a user](/customer-management/members#invite-a-member) or [created a company](/customer-management/create-a-company). | | **Customer was created.** > **Customer became a nonmember.** | User purchased or booked something and became a [nonmember.](/customer-management/nonmembers) | | **Customer was created.** > **Customer signed up for a subscription.** > **Customer became a member.** | User [signed up](/billing/plans/immediate-sign-ups) for a subscription and became a [member](/customer-management/members). | | **Customer was created.** > **Administrator moved customer to members.** | Administrator approved the user's [request to join](/customer-management/requests-to-join) or the invitation of a user to the company. | | **Administrator moved customer to members.** | Administrator [invited or reinvited a nonmember](/customer-management/reinvite-users-&-restore-companies) to the community or [restored a company](/customer-management/reinvite-users-&-restore-companies). | | **Administrator moved customer to nonmembers.** | Administrator [removed a member](/customer-management/remove-a-user) or [company](/customer-management/delete-a-company) from the community. | | **Customer became a nonmember.** | The company the user belonged to was removed with members, so the user automatically became a nonmember. | | **Customer requested to join as a member.** | User submitted a request to join the location as a member. | | **Customer canceled the request to join as a member.** | User canceled their pending request to join the location as a member. | | **Administrator approved the request for customer to join as a member.** | Administrator approved the user’s request to join the location as a member. | | **Administrator rejected the request for customer to join as a member.** | Administrator rejected the user’s request to join the location as a member. | ### Company management | Event | Meaning | | :-------------------------------------------------------------- | | | **Administrator changed the company name.** | Administrator edited the company name. | | **Administrator added/removed a user to/from company.** | Administrator added or removed an existing member to/from the company. | | **Administrator made a user a company manager/company member.** | Administrator changed the user's role within the company. | | **User was added to company.** | | | **User was removed from company.** | Company was removed, and the user was automatically removed from it. | | **User became a company member.** | Company was removed, and the user automatically lost a company manager role in it. | ### Subscription and billing settings | Event | Meaning | | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | | **Customer signed up for a subscription. > The subscription was created for customer.** | User [signed up](/billing/plans/immediate-sign-ups) for a personal or company subscription. | | **Administrator created a subscription for customer.** | Administrator [created a subscription](/billing/subscriptions) for a user or company. | | **The subscription for customer started.** | The subscription started according to its selected start date. | | **Administrator canceled the subscription for customer.** | Administrator [canceled the subscription.](/billing/subscriptions/cancel-a-subscription) | | **The subscription was canceled for customer.** | The customer was removed from the community, and their subscription was automatically canceled. | | **Administrator enabled/disabled Auto-pay for customer.** | Administrator changed the [Auto-pay setting](/billing/subscriptions/invoice-auto-charge) for the customer, which might have affected whether invoices were auto-charged. | ### Administrator rights | Event | Meaning | | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Administrator made user an administrator/revoked the administrator rights from a user.** | Administrator enabled or disabled the ["Administrator" role](/administration/roles) for a user. | | **Administrator moved a user to nonmembers and revoked the administrator rights from the user.** | Administrator [removed](/customer-management/remove-a-user) another administrator from community, and they automatically lost their administrator rights. | | **Customer became a nonmember and lost the administrator rights.** | The company administrator belonged to was removed from the community together with its members, so the user automatically lost their administrator rights and became a nonmember. |
