# Email activity

> Learn how to check which emails your network sent to members, visitors, and administrators, and whether each one was delivered

Email activity lists the emails Spacebring sends on behalf of your network — invoices, booking reminders, invitations, login codes, and the notifications your administrators get. Use it to check whether an email reached a customer before you resend it or contact support.

Network owners and administrators can open it.

## Find an email

1. On the left-side panel, click **(...)** menu next to your network name.
2. Go to **Network settings** > **Email activity**.
3. Find the email in the list. The newest emails are at the top.
   * To narrow the list, click **Add filter** and pick a **Date**, **Status**, **Category**, or **Audience**. You can pick several values in one filter.
   * To find the emails sent to one person, type their full email address in **Search**.

Each row shows the email's status, subject, category, recipient, and the date it was sent. Dates are in the time zone of your device, shown in the column header. When an email had blind copies, the number of Bcc recipients appears next to the recipient, for example **+1**.

Email activity doesn't show the text of an email, or the emails Spacebring sends to you about your Spacebring account.

## Understand email statuses

Hover over the status icon to see its name.

* **Queued**: the email is waiting to be sent. This usually takes a few seconds.
* **Sent**: our email service accepted the email and is delivering it.
* **Delivered**: the recipient's email server accepted the email. If the customer still can't find it, ask them to check their spam folder.
* **Bounced**: the recipient's email server returned the email, for example because the address doesn't exist or the mailbox is full.
* **Marked as spam**: the recipient marked the email as spam.
* **Failed**: the email was never sent, for example because the address bounced several times in the last 24 hours.

The status follows the main recipient. A blind copy that bounces doesn't change it.

To fix an email that bounced or failed, follow [Troubleshoot email delivery issues](/docs/general/mail-from-and-footer#troubleshoot-email-delivery-issues).
