# WayForPay

> Connect integration with the WayForPay payment gateway to enable seamless customer payments and auto-pay for recurring invoices

WayForPay integration allows you to receive online payments in Spacebring.

## Connect WayForPay

To activate WayForPay go to Spacebring and do the following:

1. Go to the **Integrations** page by pressing the menu (...) next to the location's name.

2. Find the **WayForPay** integration page. *On this page, you'll also see two helpful buttons:*

* `About`: For general information about the integration.
* `Docs`: For detailed instructions on connecting and configuring.

3. Press `Connect`.
4. Enter your "Merchant login" and "Merchant security key". After that, press `Connect`.

  To enable saving customers' cards for quick payments and [Auto-pay](/billing/subscriptions/invoice-auto-charge), ask the WayForPay support team to enable the option `робота з токенами` for your WayForPay account. If not enabled, customers will need to re-enter their card details for every payment and manually pay invoices.

## Configure WayForPay

1. Select services for which customers should be able to pay via WayForPay:
   * Bookings
   * Event tickets
   * Shop products
   * Credit packages
   * Invoices
2. Enable or disable "Automatic refunds" to let users get automatic refunds for canceled bookings, tickets, and orders if eligible. [Understand refunds](/billing/payments/refunds)

  Automatic refunds are enabled by default as soon as the WayForPay integration is connected.

## How WayForPay works

* The integration adds the "New payment method" option to the [Payment methods](/billing/payments/payment-methods) section around member web portal and mobile app. Users selecting the "New payment method" are redirected to the WayForPay payment page and can use any of the [payment methods](https://wayforpay.com/uk/payments) you enabled for your account.
* Once users pay by card for the first time, the system saves it to the **Membership** > **Billing** page for future quick payments.
* Users can also [add](/billing/payments/payment-gateway) or [delete](/billing/payments/payment-gateway) their cards on the **Membership** > **Billing** on their own.
* The [default payment method](/billing/payments/payment-gateway) is used for [Auto-pay](/billing/subscriptions/invoice-auto-charge).

## Identify users' transactions in WayForPay

You can easily find users' transactions in the WayForPay dashboard using the following unique identifiers:

* ID — coincides with `Order reference` in the WayForPay dashboard. You can copy the ID of the transaction from the ["Transactions" custom report](/analytics/create-custom-reports).
* Time — coincides with the date and time of the transaction in the WayForPay dashboard.
* Description — the types of purchases users make, such as room bookings, desk bookings, **Shop** orders, etc.

## Disconnect WayForPay

To disconnect WayForPay integration, follow these steps:

1. Go to Spacebring > **Integrations** page by pressing the menu (...) next to the location's name > **WayForPay**.
2. Press `Disconnect` and confirm your choice.
