By offering compelling discounts or special offers, you can create an inviting incentive for potential customers to get acquainted with your app and make their first booking or sign up for a membership plan. How to set it up?
  1. Create a coupon for a resource or plan.
  2. Create a promo code and enable the “Limited by first purchase” property. Press Save.
The promo code will be valid only for users making the first purchase of this resource type in the app or signing up for a plan for the first time. When to apply?
  • Attracting new customers: Offer trial days or introductory discounts to incentivize first bookings.
  • Driving subscription sign-ups: Provide a discount on the first month of a new subscription plan.
  • Engaging local community: Offer special, tailored discounts for local community groups or partners.
  • Maximizing referrals: Implement “Bring-a-Friend” campaigns and dedicated referral promotions.

Promotion of unpopular services & limited-time offers

Use time-sensitive discounts to highlight offerings that might otherwise go unnoticed and encourage both first-time and permanent customers to try something new. This approach can help you boost sales during seasonal holidays and promote less popular services or membership plans. How to set it up?
  1. Create a coupon for a resource or plan.
  2. Create a promo code, and set the expiration date. Press Save.
The promo code will be valid for redeeming for all users until the selected date. When to apply?
  • Launch promotions, early bird discounts, seasonal or holiday offers.
  • A temporary discount for potential customers.

Member retention

Retain your existing customers and foster long-term loyalty by offering exclusive discounts. It helps streamline user engagement and create a thriving ecosystem where customers and partners feel valued, leading to sustained growth and a positive brand reputation. How to set it up?
  1. Create a coupon for a resource or plan.
  2. If you want to give a discount on a specific item, enable the “Apply to specific items” property and select the necessary item. Press Save.
  3. Create a promo code and share it with a user for use or directly apply a discount coupon in the member’s subscription if it’s a discount for a subscription item.
The discount will be applied to the selected resource or item, and users with a promo code can book or purchase it at a discounted rate. When to apply?
  • Partnership building**:** Offer promotional pricing for corporate partners and affiliates.
  • Community contribution: Provide special discount programs for charity or non-profit organizations.
  • Retention & loyalty: Use discounts to stabilize relationships with at-risk customers.
  • Content generation: Reward customers who submit valuable feedback and reviews.

Referral program

Use coupons and promo codes to track your members’ referrals. Your members can share unique promo codes with their friends and family. Administrators track who referred new users and reward members accordingly.

Organize the referral program

  1. Create a coupon for the service, which you would allow your members’ friends to buy after the referral. For example, it can be a coupon for room or desk bookings, event tickets, or a plan sign-up.
  2. Create a promo code unique to a specific member. The promo code text can contain your member’s name to easily track their referrals (e.g., “AMANDA24”).
  3. Share the created promo code with the user who wants to refer your coworking space in a chat message. ​
  4. Wait until users share the promo codes with their friends, and those start redeeming the promo code at checkout.

Track members’ referrals

By checking out the redemptions of the specific promo code, you can track how many new users the specific member brought you and reward your members accordingly.
  1. To check the number of redemptions of the specific promo code, go to Spacebring > Billing > Discounts > tap on the coupon > click on the necessary promo code. Below the “Redemptions” section inside the promo code, you can find all users who redeemed the promo code shared by your member.
  2. To reward members for successfully referring your services, offer them a discount on their subscription, additional promo codes for their usage, extra credits, or day passes.
Implementing rewards for referring new users will motivate members to continue promoting your space and help you attract new customers.
