Use the Equipment page to feature items such as screens, monitors, projectors, whiteboards, cameras, microphones, and any other equipment available for booking or rental.

Enable Equipment

To start using the Equipment module:
  1. In the left-side panel, click the menu (…) next to your location name.
  2. Go to Location settings > Resources > Equipment and toggle the “Equipment” switch on.
  3. Book ahead — set how far in advance users can book equipment items.

Add equipment

  1. Go to the Resources > Equipment page .
  2. Click the Add equipment top right.
  3. Fill in the equipment details.
