The Member web portal is a branded web application that enables your customers to book resources, make purchases, access all services, get in touch with your team, and more from a browser of their choice. It is a convenient, all-in-one platform that provides your customers with self-sufficiency and superior service without the need for manual administrative intervention.

How to get Member web portal

Every Spacebring plan includes access to the member web portal at no additional cost. Simply sign up for Spacebring to activate your own branded member web portal.

How to access member web portal

As an administrator

To access the member web portal, click Member web portal at the bottom of the left-side panel in admin web portal. You will be redirected to the portal that your customers will see and interact with.
Utilize the command palette via Ctrl + K or ⌘ + K for instant navigation to the member web portal in a new browser tab.
Once you open the member web portal, you can experience it from the member’s perspective, view and interact with it exactly as a member would.
Admin features are accessible only through the admin web portal.
You can copy and save the link to the member web portal right from the browser tab for sharing with your customers and promoting via your marketing channels.

As a customer

Your customers can get access to the member web portal in several ways:
  1. Via invitation: invite a user to the location, and they will receive an email invitation with a link to access the member web portal.
