The Information page for each location helps your customers recognize what location and application they’re using, get your address, Wi-Fi password, schedule, answers to common questions, and other general data. ​ Your Information page shows users the following data:
  • Your location’s name and description
  • Photos and videos of the location
  • Schedule, address, and contact details
  • Location guides
  • Wi-Fi details.

Manage Information page

To modify the Information page, go to Spacebring and follow these steps:
  1. Navigate to the Location settings page by pressing the menu (…) near the location name > General.
  2. Make the required changes and then leave the page. The changes will be saved automatically.

The visibility of the Information page is defined by the highest visibility settings of other pages. For example, if Rooms has “Public” visibility, the Information page will be automatically visible to the public, too.
To enhance the security of your Wi-Fi access, you can take advantage of our integration with IronWiFi. This feature automates the Wi-Fi access granting and revoking process, ensuring that only those with a membership, or those who have booked a room or desk, can access the Wi-Fi.

Notes

  • The last uploaded photo is automatically showcased on the Reception app.
  • All photos added to the Information page across all locations are included in the captivating slideshow on the app landing page.
  • The location address determines the order of locations on the main screen, especially when there are multiple locations. If a user is a member of a particular location, that location will be displayed first, followed by others arranged based on the user’s geolocation, from nearest to furthest. Manage location cover photo or video

Managing a location cover image or video is a vital step in creating a compelling and professional presence for your customers. Administrators can add, change, or delete location cover images or videos anytime.

How to manage location cover media

To add, change, or delete a location cover photo or video, administrators go to Spacebring and navigate to the Location settings page by pressing the menu (…) near the location name > General.

Upload a cover photo or video

Locate the Add media button, and choose a file in a horizontal format from your device. Understand media formats
You can add multiple cover photos and videos to the location.

Delete a cover photo or video

Click on cancel button on the existing photo or video as demonstrated in the screenshot below. The file will be deleted immediately.

Where location cover media appears for users

  1. Information page.
Location cover photos or videos appear on the ⓘ Information page of your location, where users can learn more about your space, find contact details, location guides, etc.
  1. Landing page.
  • All location cover media added across all locations are included in the slideshow on your landing page.
  • The first cover image or video will appear under the specific location in the “Our locations” section.
  1. Reception app
If you purchased the Member Mobile App add-on or a Reception add-on, the last uploaded cover photo will be automatically shown as a background in the Reception app.
The media are updated across your apps immediately.
