Enable Support
To enable the Support module:- On the left-side panel, pless the menu (…) next to your location name.
- Go to Location settings > Support.
- Enable the switch and manage the visibility of the Support page.
- Configure Lem AI agent behaviour for Support.

Location guides
Add any helpful information about your space or app and answer common questions as location guides. Users will discover the “Guides” section at the top of the Support page. This allows them to quickly find answers to their questions without contacting your team.
