The possible causes behind the issue with the custom domain:1. A temporary issue on the side of your domain provider
The email is triggered when an issue is detected either with your CNAME record for the member web portal’s custom domain or with your domain itself. The issue may have been temporary, possibly related to the DNS settings. Additionally, the domain may work without interruptions in your country but experienced temporary unavailability in other regions due to DNS resolution. To troubleshoot, try accessing the member web portal under a custom domain to check if the app is functioning without interruptions.2. Technical issues with your domain provider
The website where your domain was purchased had a technical issue, due to which your domain didn’t work.3. Wrong settings of the CNAME record for your custom domain.
