Enable push notifications for Spacebring
Admin web portal
Administrators must grant notification permissions in their browser settings for the respective site. Follow the guidelines for your browser:
Admin mobile app
To receive push notifications on a smartphone:- Download Admin mobile app to your device.
- When logging in for the first time, allow push notifications in the pop-up window.
- Alternatively, if you didn’t see the prompt, go to the Account > Notifications page in Spacebring > tap on “Push notifications” at the bottom. This will redirect you to configure push notifications in your device settings.

Enable push notifications for member web portal
On desktop
Push notifications for the member web portal are sent via browser. To receive them, users must grant notification permissions in their browser settings for the respective site. Follow the guidelines for your browser:On mobile
To receive push notifications on a smartphone, users follow these steps:- Open the member web portal in a browser on your smartphone.
- Add it to your home screen.
- Allow push notifications in the pop-up window when prompted. The system will prompt to enable push notifications as soon as a user completes one positive action, such as a booking, purchase, submitting a support ticket, opening Feed, or Chats, etc.
Enable push notifications for member mobile app
To receive push notifications for the member mobile app, users need to allow them in the pop-up window when prompted.
Best practices
- Remember to regularly update your browser and member mobile app to the latest versions for a seamless push notification experience.
- If a user logs out or disables push notifications in their browser or device, the system cannot deliver a push notification to them. However, if email notifications are enabled, they will receive notifications via email instead.
