Instead of navigating through multiple menus or manually filtering lists, ask Lem AI to find information, summarize data, or pull specific reports for you. Lem AI can also apply changes for you — create, duplicate, bulk create, and edit items, and update your network settings.

Start a chat with Lem AI

You can start a conversation with Lem AI directly from your admin dashboard:

1. Click the Lem AI icon in the top left corner.
2. Type your question or command into the message field or choose one of the suggested prompts.
3. Lem AI will process your request and provide the data, lists, or summaries you need right in the chat for you to review.

You can also attach images and files to your message to give Lem AI extra context to work with — for example, a spreadsheet to summarize or a document to pull details from. Lem AI supports images along with the following file types: text, .csv, .docx, .json, .log, .md, .odt, .pdf, .pptx, .rtf, .txt, .xls, .xlsx, and .xml. Each file can be up to 5 MB.

Depending on your request, Lem AI can provide data in several helpful formats:

• Summaries — get a high-level overview of complex data. For example:

• Structured lists and tables — Lem AI organizes data into easy-to-read lists and tables within the chat.
• Pie and bar charts — Lem AI creates different charts based on the retrieved data. For example:

Ask Lem AI to make changes

Lem AI does not only answer questions. It can also apply changes for you. Every change goes through the same review step: Lem AI prepares the change, shows it in the chat, and applies it only after you click Approve. Click Reject to cancel it.

Create and edit items

Lem AI can:

• Create, duplicate, and edit items such as resources, shop products, and events, one at a time or in bulk.
• Write and publish feed posts, from scratch or to promote your events, products, and benefits.

Change network settings

Ask Lem AI to update your network settings instead of opening each settings page yourself. It covers most of what the Network settings pages hold, such as your network name, branding, default language, chats, cross-location credits and day passes, and the default visibility of user information.

1. In the chat, tell Lem AI which setting to change and the new value.
2. Lem AI will read the current settings, prepare the change, and show it for your review. Click Approve to apply it, or Reject to cancel it.
3. Once approved, Lem AI will update the network and confirm it in the chat.

Tips for chatting with Lem AI

• Be specific. Instead of “show me bookings,” try “show me all bookings for ‘Meeting Room A’ between Oct 1 and Oct 5.”
• Refine your search. You can follow up on Lem AI’s answers. If Lem AI gives you a list of invoices, you can say, “Now only show me the ones issued on March 5th.”
