- Request verification documents
- Ask follow-up questions
- If you ask applicants your own vetting questions, enable Lem AI to ask them automatically after each application — just add your questions to its Guidance. Applicants receive Lem AI’s messages in the member portal, by push, and by email, so they’ll see them even after leaving the portal.
- After confirming the necessary documents or details, if the user is approved and you want to set them up as a member or for a subscription, click the user’s name in the ticket and press Invite as member.

- Create a subscription for the requested plan for the customer
. - If the user requested a company subscription, create a company first > add this user to the company as a manager > create a company subscription.
