You can customize your member web portal’s branding elements, such as logo, accent and background colors, font, custom domain, and more. Customization enhances the effectiveness and appeal of the member web portal, driving user engagement and business success.

Customize member web portal

  1. Go to Spacebring as an owner.
  2. On the left-side panel, click your network name top left > Network settings.
  3. General > Information tab — update your network name, email footer.
  4. General > Branding tab — update your member web portal’s logo, logotype, accent and background colors, and font.
    • Logo: a square image, 512 × 512 px (1:1 ratio), in JPEG, PNG, AVIF, or WebP. It always appears on the login page, browser tab favicon, member web portal shortcut icon, and web push notifications. Avoid text or small details, since the favicon shrinks it to 16 × 16 px, and leave room around important details, since a border radius of up to 100% applies in some places.
    • Logotype: an optional, wider image, with a recommended height of 256 px (width scales automatically), in the same formats as the logo. When uploaded, it replaces the logo in the member web portal header and on invoice, credit note, and receipt PDFs. If no logotype is uploaded, these surfaces show the logo instead.
  5. Member web portal > General tab — update your network language and custom domain.
  6. Member web portal > Landing page tab — update your landing page headline, description, manage indexing in search engines.
All changes except the custom domain apply to the member web portal automatically. ​ The custom domain will show as verified once it has been properly configured and the DNS records have completed propagation.
The member portal automatically matches the user’s browser’s theme. To switch between light and dark mode, users can update the Appearance setting in their browser preferences.
In addition to the member web portal, administrators can customize the landing page.
