- Upsell members who run out of subscription credits
- Sell them to members who need occasional use rather than a recurring plan
- Encourage credit payments, reducing small transactions and processing fees.
Create credit packages
- Go to Billing > Credit packages.
- Click
Create credit package. - Enter the credit amount and price for the package.
- Set “Expiration” to “Never” or choose a specific validity period.
- Press
Save.
What’s next
How members buy credit packages
- Members buy credit packages from the Membership > Credits page.
- Individual members — under the “Personal” section.
- Company managers and members — under the company section.

- They receive credits immediately upon purchase and can use them until the package expiration date (if there is any).
Only members can buy credit packages. Nonmembers need to be invited as members first.
Company members (non-managers) can only purchase credit packages for their company is they have a permission to use company card or company invoice.
Manage credit packages
To edit or delete a credit package:- Go to Billing > Credit packages.
- Press (…) next to the necessary credit package and tap
EditorDelete. 
Best practices
To encourage credit package sales:- Price packages slightly below their equivalent monetary value, or
- Give members discounts on credit packages.
Where can members see transactions for their credit package purchases?

- If purchased by card — on the Membership > Billing > Transactions page.
- If purchased with an invoice — on the Membership > Billing page > Upcoming invoice or Invoices.
- Credit package purchases are also reflected in their credit history on the Membership > Credits > Transactions page.

- Use the “Payments” tab on Analytics to monitor credit package sales.
- Generate “Transactions” custom report > filter it by “Credit package” type.
