Connect PayWay

To activate PayWay, follow the next steps:
  1. Go to Spacebring > Integrations page by pressing the menu (…) next to the location’s name.

  2. Find the PayWay integration page and press Connect.

  3. Fill in the following fields from your PayWay merchant portal:
    • Merchant ID
    • API Key
    • RSA Public Key

  4. Press Connect.

Configure PayWay

Select the services customers should be able to pay for via PayWay:
  • Bookings
  • Event tickets
  • Shop products
  • Packages
  • Invoices

How PayWay works

The integration adds the PayWay payment method to the Payment methods section around the member web portal and mobile app. Users selecting PayWay are redirected to PayWay’s hosted checkout page, where they can pay with any of the payment options enabled on your PayWay merchant profile (ABA PAY, KHQR, cards, etc.).
PayWay supports USD and KHR only. KHR amounts are always whole numbers — PayWay does not accept KHR with decimals, so these amounts are rounded to the nearest whole number before payment.
Each PayWay payment link works only once. If a customer opens the checkout page but doesn’t finish paying, they can’t return to it — after 15 minutes they’ll need to start the payment again.
Payments are authorized as a hold on the customer’s account and captured once the payment is confirmed. If the payment is rejected or the attempt expires, the hold is released instead of being charged.

Identify users’ transactions in PayWay

You can easily find users’ transactions in the PayWay merchant portal using the following unique identifiers:
  • ID — the transaction ID. You can copy the ID of the transaction from the Transactions custom report.
  • Time — coincides with the date and time of the transaction in the PayWay merchant portal.
  • Description — the types of purchases users make, such as room bookings, desk bookings, Shop orders, etc.

Disconnect PayWay

To disconnect PayWay integration, follow these steps:
  1. Go to Spacebring > Integrations page by pressing the menu (…) next to the location’s name > PayWay.
  2. Press Disconnect and confirm your choice.
