Connect plata by mono
To connect plata by mono for accepting payments, follow these steps:- Navigate to Spacebring > Integrations page by pressing the menu (…) next to the location’s name.
- Find the plata by mono integration page.
- Press Connect and enter your plata by mono account credentials.
Configure plata by mono
You can activate payments for the following services:- Bookings
- Event tickets
- Shop products
- Packages
- Invoices
How plata by mono works
- The integration adds a New payment method option to the payment methods section around member web portal and mobile app. Users selecting the New payment method option are redirected to the plata by mono payment page. They can use any of the payment methods you enabled for your plata by mono account.
- Once users pay by card for the first time, the system saves the card to the Membership > Billing page for future quick payments.
- The default payment method is used for auto-pay.
Identify users’ transactions in plata by mono
You can easily find users’ transactions in the plata by mono dashboard using the following unique identifiers:- Transaction ID — coincides with
ID замовленняin the plata by mono dashboard. You can copy the ID of the transaction from the transactions report. - Description — the type of purchase the user makes, such as a room booking, desk booking, shop order, etc.
Disconnect plata by mono
To disconnect plata by mono integration, follow these steps:- Go to Spacebring > Integrations page by pressing the menu (…) next to the location’s name > plata by mono.
- Press Disconnect and confirm your choice.
