Before you begin
Open a merchant account with the payment gateway of your choice. After completing the sign-up process, you will be able to obtain the necessary capabilities for its integration with Spacebring.Connecting a payment gateway
Once you have opened a merchant account, open Spacebring and go to the Integrations page by pressing the menu (…) near the location name to connect a payment gateway.Restore saved and default payment methods
When you disconnect a payment gateway integration for a location, please note the following impacts on your customers’ saved and default payment methods:- Saved payment methods: All previously saved methods linked to the disconnected account will become unavailable for users. These will only be restored if the same payment gateway account is reconnected.
- Reconnecting a different account: If you connect a different payment gateway account, users will need to re-enter their payment details for future transactions and auto-payments.
- Default payment methods: Regardless of which account is reconnected, all default payment methods will be removed and must be set again by users.
