How eInvoicing works
Once you enable eInvoicing for your location, Spacebring:- Generates eInvoices and credit notes in the format your country requires
- Sends them to your government system or network in real time at issuance
- Sends your customers the standard PDF invoice with a mandate-specific QR code or identifier
- Tracks sync status for every invoice.
Set up eInvoicing
Peppol in Belgium
Generate invoices in the required format and issue them via the Peppol network.
Peppol in Germany
Generate invoices in the XRechnung (EN 16931) format and issue them via the Peppol network.
Peppol in Italy
Generate invoices in the FatturaPA format and deliver them to Italy’s SDI (Sistema di Interscambio) via the Peppol network.
VERI*FACTU in Spain
Automatically generate compliant eInvoices and submit them to the Spanish Tax Authority (AEAT).
KSeF in Poland
Generate invoices in the mandatory FA(3) structured format and automatically sync them to KSeF.
myDATA in Greece
Report invoices to the Greek tax authority (IAPR) in real time through Invopop’s certified provider ILYDA.
ZATCA Fatoorah in Saudi Arabia
Automatically generate compliant eInvoices and submit them for real-time clearance via ZATCA’s FATOORA platform.
