Cancel a room booking

To cancel a room booking, users open the booking and press Cancel button at the bottom.

Room booking can be canceled at any time, however, the refund depends on the room’s rescheduling policy and the payment method used.

Canceled according to the room’s rescheduling policy	If Stripe or KakaoPay payment gateways are connected and refunds enabled, the refund is automatic. If another payment gateway is connected, administrators can manually refund bookings via the payment gateway dashboard.	The refund is automatic
Canceled not according to the room’s rescheduling policy	The booking is not refunded.	The booking is not refunded.
