Lem AI is now Spacebring Agent. It knows every location of your coworking space network. Ask anything, attach anything, and change records and settings by asking, from any page or from your phone.
Ask your data anything
Ask the way you'd ask a colleague, and get answers, reports and charts about members, bookings, revenue and occupancy, with reports as files when you need a spreadsheet. Open Agent on any page and it already knows what you're looking at. Ask "Does this member have unpaid invoices?" and get the answer, with no explaining who you mean. Drop in a spreadsheet, PDF or screenshot, and Agent reads it, answers about it or acts on it.
Change records and settings by asking
Say what needs to change and Agent makes it happen across your coworking space network, from billing fixes to support replies to visitor registration. Create invoices, Feed posts, resources and plans, or edit settings, in your own words. You stay in control: approve each action yourself, or let Agent approve actions automatically once you trust the routine.
Run your space from your pocket
Spacebring Agent is in the Spacebring admin mobile app, so the floor never waits for your laptop. Check something, fix something, or pull a report between locations or on the way home.
Agents that never clock out
This is where software stops waiting to be asked. You create your own agents. Describe the job in plain words, give the agent a name and choose what starts it: a schedule, or something that happens in Spacebring, such as a new booking, a new support ticket, a signed contract or a member checking out.
Then let it run. Agents work in the cloud 24/7, on schedule and within your rules, at three in the afternoon or three in the morning, whether or not anyone is at the desk. Every agent works behind a permissions wall and only in the locations you choose, and run history shows what each one did.
Answer members at any hour
A member's question at midnight no longer has to wait for morning. You can create an agent that answers support tickets day and night from your location guides and routes the rest to the right administrator. It carries the name you choose, with an AI agent label beside it, so members know they're talking to an AI agent.
Follow up after every visit
Configure an agent to email members after a visit with a "Rate your experience" form link. You decide what goes in every email, and the feedback arrives while the visit is still fresh.

Spacebring goes where you work
Message Spacebring in Slack, WhatsApp or Telegram, and every chat syncs to your dashboard. Work with your Spacebring data in Claude and ChatGPT through the Spacebring MCP server. Connect MCP servers such as Superhuman Mail right on an agent's details page, or just ask Spacebring Agent in chat to connect one for you, so your agents can work across the other apps you use.
Switch with one file
Changing platforms usually means re-entering every plan, price and room by hand. Spacebring Agent does that part for you. In September, a space switching to Spacebring uploaded one file with its data, and Spacebring Agent set up its Spacebring account in 13 minutes.
Give Agent your website link, the spreadsheets you export from your current platform or your setup pasted into the chat. Agent recreates your resources, membership plans, shop products, events, discounts, location guides and network settings, and you approve each action. Invite every member at once by pasting a table, bring upcoming bookings over through Google Calendar sync, and keep a dedicated customer success specialist by your side from first export to first invoice.
