Already run UniFi Access? Keep it. Spacebring grants and removes door access from subscriptions and bookings, so the front desk is not updating the console by hand.
How it works
Once connected, user details are passed from Spacebring to UniFi Access automatically. That cuts out manual data entry.
- Grant access based on bookings. Anyone on a mapped booking — the host and attendees — receives the assigned UniFi user group while the booking runs, plus a 30-minute window before and after. If the booking is rescheduled, cancelled, or the guest list changes, access is updated.
- Grant access based on an active subscription. Members and companies sync to the relevant UniFi user group as long as their subscriptions are active. If the subscription expires, access is automatically removed — unless another subscription or booking still grants it.
- Keep group design in UniFi. Spacebring does not create or edit groups. You decide which doors and schedules a group can open.
- Users unlock doors with UniFi credentials: NFC cards, key fobs, PIN, Touch Pass, or the Identity app.
Spacebring integrates with UniFi Access to automate door access from subscriptions and bookings.
