VERI*FACTU integration with Spacebring helps your coworking space in Spain issue locally compliant eInvoices and submit them to the Spanish Tax Authority (AEAT). When eInvoicing is enabled for a Spanish location, Spacebring generates invoices and credit notes in the VERI*FACTU-required format, registers them in the VERI*FACTU system, submits them to AEAT, and tracks synchronization status.
Customers still receive standard PDF invoices. Spacebring adds the VERI*FACTU QR code to the PDF, so customers can verify the invoice record where required.
