How it works
Connect your SALTO KS account in a few clicks. Once authenticated, user details are automatically passed from Spacebring to SALTO. This handles the entire onboarding handoff, eliminating manual data entry and preventing errors.
- Grant access based on bookings. Users receive access to the assigned access group as long as their booking runs—whether it's for a meeting room, hot desk, parking spot, or equipment—plus a 30-minute grace period before and after. Invitees to room bookings also receive access automatically.
- Grant access based on an active subscription. Members and companies sync to the relevant access group as long as their subscription runs. If the subscription expires, access is automatically removed.
- Users can unlock doors directly from the Spacebring member mobile app, without ever needing to download, set up, or log into a separate app. You can control which user roles can see the digital key option in the member mobile app.
