With Spacebring, the team created a smoother experience for members while giving admins one connected system to run operations more efficiently.
Before Spacebring, Technology HUB relied on separate tools for member communication, room reservations, and invoicing. As a result, the team had to manage bookings and billing through disconnected workflows, creating extra admin work and unnecessary friction for members booking spaces, accessing services, and interacting with staff.

For Mariana Ramírez, Community & Digital Strategy Manager, and the broader management team, this created three distinct bottlenecks:
Technology HUB needed a simpler way to manage rooms for both members and external clients, additionally to providing potential clients with a look inside our products and services. Separate workflows created friction for the front desk and made it harder for potential clients to access services through self-serve reservations.
Guest registration was disconnected from the rest of the experience, making reception workflows more manual and giving the team less visibility into visitor activity. Since controlled access and front desk service are a key part of the visitor experience at Technology HUB, creating a more modern and seamless first impression was a priority.
Using separate tools for communication, bookings, and billing made it harder to manage day-to-day operations and get reliable data for invoicing, room usage analysis, and customer trends.
That need for a more connected experience shaped their search for a new platform.
From day one, we have been committed to integrating tools that simplify the lives of our members and customers, and today we can say that this commitment has paid off.

Technology HUB migrated to Spacebring in just 30 days with close support from the Spacebring team. Through a personalized onboarding process and tailored setup, the team replaced disconnected tools with one platform for bookings, visitors, support, and operational management.
With Spacebring’s white-label app, Technology HUB gave members one easy place to book rooms, use credits, and access services. The same system also supports bookings from external clients, including online payments.
Previously, bookings were handled entirely manually by the front desk, email, and WhatsApp. With self-serve reservations in place, nearly 70% of bookings moved online, cutting manual workload substantially while making booking more convenient for members.
Spacebring also introduced credits, giving members a flexible new way to book spaces and services.
Spacebring helped Technology HUB simplify visitor management by allowing members to pre-register guests when booking rooms or hosting events. This created a more seamless reception experience for visitors while giving the team an easier way to track visitor activity. Over time, that resulted in more than 4,000 automated visitor registrations with less front-desk effort.

Technology HUB also needed a platform that could organize booking, membership, and transaction data in a structured way. Spacebring became the central system of record, making it easier for the team to pass clean information into their external invoicing workflow and reduce daily admin effort.
Spacebring also gave Technology HUB a better way to manage ongoing member communication and support. Members can submit requests in one place, while the team can track conversations, respond quickly, refer back to previous issues, and spot recurring problems or feedback more easily. This made support more organized for the team and more reliable for members.
Alongside support, the platform also gave Technology HUB a simple way to keep members informed and connected through its community features.
Through our Technology HUB App platform, we can book meeting rooms and spaces quickly and autonomously, both for members and external clients, without waiting. Grow our community through a feed where members connect, share and generate real opportunities.
