Spacebring supports eInvoicing in France (la facturation électronique) so your coworking space in France can keep up with France's eInvoicing reform from the billing you already run. Spacebring issues invoices and credit notes in the format the reform requires and delivers them through Invopop, a Plateforme Agréée registered with the French tax administration, which routes each regulated eInvoice to your customer's own platform.
Every invoice takes its route automatically when you issue it. French companies registered in the Annuaire receive a regulated eInvoice on their platform. Individual members, foreign customers, and French companies not yet in the Annuaire receive the usual PDF invoice by email, and Spacebring reports the sale to the French tax administration (DGFiP) through the public portal (PPF).
Deliver eInvoices to French companies
