Today, to reflect the product’s increased value and continued investment, Spacebring introduces the Business plan, a streamlined tier that consolidates the previous Essential and Pro plans into one unified offering. The Business plan reduces plan-selection complexity and expands access to premium capabilities.
With the Business plan, you get immediate access to all tools needed to run day-to-day operations, such as billing automation, multi-resource booking, and member service, while also unlocking premium capabilities that were previously Pro-only.

What’s changing
1. One primary plan for most operators: Business
Spacebring is consolidating Essential and Pro into a single plan built for modern coworking operations—so teams spend less time comparing tiers and more time improving operations.
2. Premium tools are now included
The Business plan includes premium capabilities at no extra cost, including:
- Room display (meeting room signage) app
- Benefits catalog
- Advanced administrator permissions for stronger control and operational governance
- Multiple location management
Visitor management is now available as a standalone optional add-on and is no longer bundled with the member mobile app.
3. Faster, simpler checkout
Spacebring is also simplifying the purchase flow. New customers can subscribe through a one-page checkout with a streamlined consent flow, reducing back-and-forth and accelerating onboarding.
4. Test environment
We’re introducing a test environment option that gives you a separate sandbox environment to safely test new features, configurations, and workflows without impacting main production setup.
Pricing and availability
The Spacebring Business plan starts at €157.50/month (when paid yearly) and is available immediately for new trials and new subscriptions (see the Pricing page for details). This is 7.4% lower than the previous starting price, making it easier for more operators to access Spacebring’s advanced capabilities earlier in their business lifecycle.
Spacebring is also introducing refreshed Enterprise options, including Enterprise 500, to help growing operators access advanced needs sooner, such as custom terms, API & webhooks, and premium support.
What this means for the Spacebring family
For existing Essential and Pro customers
Spacebring will begin migrating existing customers from Essential and Pro to the Business plan starting April 1, 2026. Ahead of the transition, we’ll provide clear guidance on timing and what to expect for operators.
Customers participating in Spacebring’s customer advocacy programs and customers with special discounts (including startups or nonprofits) will continue to enjoy these discounts at the same rates and durations, including after moving to the Business plan.
If you want access to Business plan benefits sooner, you can upgrade right away from the Billing page of your Spacebring admin web portal.
For Enterprise customers
There is no change to current Enterprise contracts. Existing Enterprise customers will remain on their current agreements, with their custom terms and onboarding/support structure unchanged.

This year, Spacebring will accelerate investment in the platform with new capabilities focused on automation, operational intelligence, and better member service, including a new AI agent designed to help you handle routine tasks faster and run coworking spaces more efficiently with the goal of delivering unmatched member service.
