As Impact Hub Ljubljana expanded, administrative tasks became increasingly complex. Booking management, invoicing, and onboarding were time-consuming, and the previous system could not integrate online payments—something critical for improving the member experience.
The biggest problem with our previous provider was that we couldn’t integrate payments into our website, which was a major issue for us. We wanted to streamline the process and make the user experience easier, so we were mainly looking for a new solution.

Although desk bookings with interactive floor plans are not fully implemented yet, the visual layout already gives members a clear sense of space and scale. With everything centralized, the team can focus more on community building and less on administrative overhead.
Now everything is on one platform. It’s easier to navigate between locations, get all the quantifications at once, and have all the members in one place. It’s definitely an advantage.
