Scaling across six—and soon more—locations

Managing multiple spaces could have been overwhelming, but Spacebring’s roaming feature gives members the same seamless experience in any location.

If a member is working from his home base in Kyiv but needs a meeting in Dnipro, it’s easy. He books a room, gets a coffee, and everything works as usual. This consistency is very important to us.

The Floor plans in the app show members immediately what is available—whether it’s a hot desk, a meeting room, or a private office. And expanding to new locations is seamless: the database of members, rooms, and events simply carries over, so operations remain consistent as Creative States grows.
