With six distinctive locations (five in Kyiv and one in Dnipro), over 20,000 square meters of space, and more than 2,000 members, Creative States has become Ukraine’s largest coworking network and one of the biggest in Eastern Europe.
Each location has its own identity. One is inspired by Harry Potter and designed like an old castle in the center of Kyiv. Others follow completely different themes to make each location feel special.
But an operation of this scale comes with complexity. There are hundreds of bookings, events and visitors every month. The team needed a system that would streamline everything from room reservations to shop orders and give the team time to focus on the members.
This is where Spacebring came into play.
We've been working with Spacebring from the very beginning. It is the greatest, originally Ukrainian, software. It helps us run our business efficiently, grow faster and provide members with a clear and useful app. We haven’t seen any other solution that is comparable.Ilia KenigshteinFounder and CEO of Creative States

With Spacebring, Creative States has redefined the way members and staff interact with the workspace:
Members can book meeting rooms, event halls, or hot desks with just a few clicks. Even food ordering has been made seamless: menus from Creative States' kitchens are displayed directly in the app, so members can order their lunch as easily as a desk.
Our favorite part of Spacebring is the shop. We can sell goods, offer services and even manage kitchen orders. It’s simple, powerful and members love it.Ilia KenigshteinFounder and CEO of Creative States
Managing multiple spaces could have been overwhelming, but Spacebring’s roaming feature gives members the same seamless experience in any location.
If a member is working from his home base in Kyiv but needs a meeting in Dnipro, it’s easy. He books a room, gets a coffee, and everything works as usual. This consistency is very important to us.Ilia KenigshteinFounder and CEO of Creative States
The Floor plans in the app show members immediately what is available—whether it’s a hot desk, a meeting room, or a private office. And expanding to new locations is seamless: the database of members, rooms, and events simply carries over, so operations remain consistent as Creative States grows.

Perhaps the most unique part of this story is the collaboration between Creative States and Spacebring.
We proudly call ourselves beta testers. From the very beginning, we gave feedback on the features. When we had an idea, the Spacebring team quickly implemented it. This flexibility is a huge difference to other software where you have to wait half a year for a small update.Ilia KenigshteinFounder and CEO of Creative States
This partnership has not only formed the largest coworking network in Ukraine, but has also created a model for how technology and community can thrive side by side.
For Creative States, the mission is bigger than coworking. It’s about creating inspiring spaces where people can continue to build, create and connect—even during wartime.
And with two new locations already in the pipeline, Creative States is preparing for the next phase of growth, driven by Spacebring’s flexibility and efficiency.
Today it is very important to show people a way back to normality. That’s our mission, and with Spacebring, we can focus on that mission instead of burying ourselves in operations. Spacebring is fast, flexible and always has an open ear. That’s what sets it apart. And that’s what makes our growth possible.Ilia KenigshteinFounder and CEO of Creative States
