How it works
Once connected, user details are passed from Spacebring to Paxton Net2 automatically. This handles the entire onboarding handoff, cutting out manual data entry and preventing mistakes.
- Grant access based on bookings. Users receive access to the assigned access group as long as their booking runs—whether it's for a meeting room, hot desk, parking spot, or equipment—plus a 30-minute grace period before and after. Invitees to room bookings also receive access automatically.
- Grant access based on an active subscription. Members and companies sync to the relevant access group as long as their subscriptions are active. If the subscription expires, access is automatically removed.
- Deliver a superior member experience. Users can conveniently unlock doors with Paxton tokens, key cards, or fobs.
